During a career spanning more than 25 years, Ian Mills has established himself as an inspiring performer, choreographer, creative director and mentor. During this time he worked with leading brands; including John Lewis, Nike and Jean Paul Gautier; TV and film; including Richard Curtis in Love Actually, The X Factor, Gordon Ramsay; and advertising agencies; Lowe, Abbot Mead Vickers, and Ogilvy and Mathers.
He is bringing his extensive experience working with models, actors, performers and the world’s top brands to lead Starling Casting on its new journey.
